New York City 2025
I’d seen New York City in a thousand pictures before I went, and for years a friend and I had a street-photography exchange between Seattle and there. This was my first time in person. It really is as dense as they say. There’s clearly a trash management problem, but from a photography perspective it means endless opportunities. People were shockingly kind. Visually, I’m not sure what more anyone wants from a trip. Turn a corner, take a photo, and lord knows what you’ll find!
